Lenovo has seen how popular the Intel Compute Stick has become in just a short amount of time and they decided they wanted to get in on the action as well. I see Lenovo as a great brand and company. They have excellent customer service and outstanding products.
Their newest product coming out is the Ideacentre Stick 300 and it is expected to release in July. Basically they are just taking the Intel Compute Stick and re-branding it by putting their logo on it all while cutting the price by $20. It is expected to go on sale for a price of $129. My guess is that they will release this on or before the Windows 10 release date which is July 29th.
The Lenovo Idea Centre Stick 300 features include:
- Price $20 cheaper than the Intel Compute Stick at $129.
- Intel Atom Z3735F Bay Trail Quad Core 64 bit processor
- 2GB of Ram
- 32GB of Flash Storage Space
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth 4.0
- HDMI
- Micro USB slot for power
- 1 USB 2.0 Port
- SD Card Reader
- Windows 8.1 With Bing with a FREE upgrade option to Windows 10 on July 29th
